About
My research questions relate to -
1. The congruence of the ideas of childhood expressed by those working within and using early years services in Scotland with those expressed in the Scottish Government's 'Early Years Framework' document.
2. How these ideas of childhood and the Framework's objectives relating to staff roles and responsibilities are then reflected in working arrangements and the experiences of staff, parents and children in early years settings.
