Greetings! I'm a sociologist of culture with an interest in post 1980s developments in popular music, digital culture, contemporary art and social theory. I'm currently writing a book called Popular Music, Technology and Society (Sage) and co-editing a collection called Rethinking Sociology in the Digital Age (Palgrave) with Kate Orton-Johnson.
I'm a musician and gamer and a voracious consumer of boxsets (currently Carnivale and Lost)!
